Hatton- right now he would be beaten. His inexperience in the ring at 147 will show clearly. If hatton were to fight 2 or 3 more times at that weight, it could be possible that hatton would win

Margarito- i see him as a threat, and im dying to see this fight, but i do think floyd would win. He wouldnt let Margaritos power get to him like a lot of people think. Idk, hard to judge.

Cotto- i dont think he poses a threat the PBF. He would put up a great fight no doubt, but there is nothing in my mind that tells me cotton would win. I would have Mayweather winning by KO in round 9 or 10.

De La Hoya- The biggest threat in my opinion. Mayweather would have to go up in weight again, and he would be fighting an all time great. I see DLH winning in a spectacular fight. I also see the huge amounts of pressure getting to PBF. he is expected to do so much and if he doesnt get it done, he'll take a beating from the press.

Mosely- tired of typing, but mayweather would win. He poses a clear threat, but i still have Mayweather in this one

I am a Maywetaher fan and his biggest threat would be De La Hoya. I really hope DeLaHoya signs the fight contract because I would love to see this fight between my two favorite boxers.

All would be tough fights but I'd only concerned about Mosley and Margarito. Maybe Cotto too.

Margarito and Hatton wouldn't be easy fights, but I see a clear victory for Floyd.

Floyd having to fight at 154 without any tuneups or anything against a calibre of fighter like DLH... could be Floyd's first loss.

Mosley and De La Hoya would be the toughest ones. The rest are a walk in the park.

I think Margarito might be the easiest matchup. I don't think Margarito has ever faced anyone with even good speed and efficiency. Having to face mayweather would be a disaster
he would not come close to getting anything off. It might take longer for Mayweather to finish Margarito because he is bigger, but I think it would look a lot like Mayweather-Gatti.

Hatton I think is a much better matchup because he has dealt with smart, skillful boxers, though not with the type of speed mayweather has. I think he would come in with a good plan and would have enough courage to execute it. This would be interesting for several rounds before Mayweather adjusted to whatever Hatton was doing and found a winning formula.

Cotto is just too green at this point to figure out how he would matchup.

De La Hoya would be fascinating especially if Floyd Sr. is the trainer. If anyone knows Floyd's flaws it is his father. De La Hoya is technically sound, possesses good if not great power and will be motivated to go out with a ****. This is a toss up and the fight that if Mayweather wins will really elevate him into the all time pound for pound pantheon. This is the fight that needs to happen.

DLH would be a great fight. It's funny rewatching DLH-Vargas, you can see Oscar trying some of the techniques Floyd Sr taught PBF, the tight shoulder roll, etc.

floyd would win on points against delahoya,

margarito ??? floyd wins an easy 12 round decision ...

floyd would beat hatton like a cheap rug and then the fight would be stopped because its a too one-sided ass whoopin'

floyd would beat cotto 12rd decision

shane mosley would knock pretty boy floyd the **** out ...
