awful ratings, but boxing ratings look like they're going down across the board.

fight was a bit messy in spots but i thoguht it was terrifically exciting. both guys worked extremely hard. berto was fighitng for his life in spots. headbutts weren't good for the spirit of the competition, but they certainly added to the drama.

**** ratings...no disclaimers this time. The NBA hurt, but 700k would've been reasonable under those circumstances

****ty product = ****ty ratings, especially over time. Just look at Showtime's boxing ratings before Haymon started controlling their programming compared to now, and it's gone downhill so badly. I know Haymon has some fans who feel differently, but the overall boxing audience in the US has spoken, and the facts don't lie. Boxing fans do not like Al Haymon's product. In fact, they dislike it so much that about 30% of the boxing fans from 5 or 10 years ago have simply stopped tuning it. 30%! That's a lot in only 5 or 10 years.
