Whats wrong with the fight at 154 lbs?

Cotto has no belt and gggs team said before 154 - 168 lbs

He's changed his stance on that like years ago. It's the human thing to do. Evolve as circumstances change. They said "everybody" but anyone with a common sense knows they were exaggerating and he was obviously looking for a Mayweather fight at 154 too, not just anybody. So if I know (and you probably know) that he wasn't being literal, I'd have to be an idiot to try and hold him to his word on something I never expected.

Do people not know the idea of common sense on this site?
