This is a stretch. The gun laws apply to people of all races LOL. This seems random and unconnected to Boxer's success, any more than a country's square miles of Beaches (or any other random statistic) has any bearing on Boxer's success. I think it would be more connected to the available gyms, trainers, etc., available in that country. But I've never Boxed, so just a guess.....
