Joshua's 4500 calories a day vs Wlad's superior cardio training. Joshua says he does cardio, but we all know he's going to rely on explosive power because he's sparked everyone out so far. It all comes down to who benefits more from their trainer . If Joshua resembles the guy in the recent open work outs , Wlad is going down ,end of discussion ! THAT guy will not lose to any version of Wlad unless he makes a mistake ,however chances are he ends the figyt before we see one .
