The Best Possible Ending to Chico Castillo 3?

I dont know dude. I think alot of you are sleeping on Chico and what he could do against Hatton & Cotto. I think Chico wins both of those fights at 140. Dude has crazy snap & quickness in his punchess and I dont see them being able to deal with it better then Castillo. I use to say that no one in boxing can beat Chico toe to toe except for Floyd but thats only because he's so good in the pocket. Going power for power I dont think anyone could but ofcourse Castillo has put a dent in that. However, Castillo is a monster and I dont see the other guys being able to do it. Plus Ive seen Castillo at 140 and he doesnt look as good either

Well I think it was you who said it in a Goosen thread,Corrales made Freitas look like he had supreme boxing skills.Cotto actually has great boxing skills.And I look at his long body,perfect for some left hooks to take away that power.Toe to toe I think castillo is better,Corrales headhunts too much, no? Castillo maybe but I dont think Hatton and Cotto can. I did say that about Freitas but we were talking about boxers at the time and I said that Chico will get killed by any boxer he faces and Frietas did box him. The differnce between the way Freitas fought and the way Cotto will fight is movment. Freitas fought like he was a littile guy and moved the whole fight. Thats why he ran out of gas at the end. Cotto is a far better boxer then Frietas but he will still be right in front of Chico. He wont run and move like Freitas did so thats why I think its different.

Also Chico is skinny so that would make guys like Cotto & Hatton think they can walk through him and he wont take that much punishment. They probally think there body shots will kill him and that will leave them in his range

Honestly, and this will probally sound crazy but I think not only does Floyd win but he kills Oscar and by the end of the fight it looks very sad. I think he beats Oscar so easily that people will try to take credit away from Floyd and will just say that Oscar is washed up and Mayorga made him look good

Well I dont know about all that,when you say cotto will be right in front of Corrales,cotto has shown he can cut off the ring but hes also incorporated alot of movement,Ive been watching the videos of his sparring sessions and its definetly still there,the only thing I that would really favor Corrales with cotto,is that he sticks on the ropes just a litle too long when hes backin up.But you look at fight like the Maussa fight,cotto can land on the outside and do plenty of damage potshoting his opponent.Cotto picked him apart.

I would like Castillo to win that fight. Coralles has trouble fighting with the A class fighters in his weight. Mayweather made him look ****** and Casamayor was able to hurt him. Also, Castillo look dominant in both fights even though he lost the first one. He looks the stronger of the two.

Im not dude. I thought Oscar would give Floyd alot of problems at that weight and when I heard of the Mayorga fight (I didnt get to see it the 1st time) I thought that he could possibly give Floyd alot of trouble.

I assumed that alot of the media would say the same but then I read some articles where the some writers were saying that Oscar looked great but he had the perfect opponent in Mayorga and a fight with Mayweather would be totally different.

Then I watched the fight and thought Oscar looked good but that was before those articles. I went back and rewatched it after I read those articles and they were right.

Mayorga looked so ready made for Oscar. Oscar to me, didnt look that fast, he cant move that good anymore, and I think his power was suspect. Mayorga is very tough but I think Tito took alot out of him, he didnt train well, and them steroids had something to do with it because those punchers that Oscar was hurting him with didnt even look like hard shots.

From what I saw in that fight, Floyd would kill him even with the weight disadvangtage. Ill give you the perfect example. Tito vs Mayorga? Tito comes back after a long layoff, fights the perfect guy in Mayorga and kills him. Everyone is saying that Tito is back and looks great. Then the next fight he goes against Winky and looks like a amature. Now I know that Winky is way bigger then Floyd but I see the same thing happening. Oscar's been out a long time and picked the perfect guy to come back against and then he will look bad against Floyd in his next fight.

Oscar is not that fast anymore and Floyd will be able to see all those punches. His only real punch is that left hook and there is no right hand fighter that will catch Floyd with a bunch of left hooks because his defensive style keeps his right hand by his jaw and he will be able to see all of Oscar's punches coming.

Ill bet anything that this fight looks just like Winky vs Tito. It might not be as bad because Oscar is more skilled then Tito and much more bigger then Floyd but it will look bad and really sad by the end of the fight with Floyd just pop shotting him.


PS- If you have the fight on tape then go back and watch it and you'll see what I mean. Look at Oscar's style, his speed, and those punches he hurt Mayorga with and I bet you may start to think differently
