Dude doesn't give a fuck. He's got Saunders in his face and he just looks like he's enjoying the drama. Avtandil's pretty crude and age hasn't improved him but he's a character and an entertaining fighter - an in form Saunders should be able to handle him, but it's always a risk - and if you get sloppy with a guy like Avtandil who just keeps coming he's gonna make you pay.
