Whaaaat???
When he fought JMM, Floyd was AT LEAST two divisions heavier than JMM on fight night. I'd say three most probably. Also Marquez had NEVER fought even close to welterweight, lightweight was his highest division before that fight.
Also, Marquez was in a pathetic shape, no muscle, probably the only fight where he looked fat, he was slow, he was simply in total disadvantage, obviously because he had to go two divisions higher in a short period of time, and versus the toughest defensive fighter at that time no less.
And to boot, Floyd was in 100% top shape, muscular, no fat as usual, taller, much bigger, in way better physical conditioning, with much longer reach. And to make it even worse, Floyd came to the weigh-in about two pounds overweight but of course, because he is Floyd, he just paid a small fine and that was it.
That fight looked as ridiculous as that between Canelo and Cotto (a huge guy vs. a tiny guy), and in both fights, neither of the two cowardly bullies with the size advantage (Floyd and Canelo) could even KO their opponent. It was simply pathetic.
That fight was a complete disgrace in Floyd's career but his worshipers seem to always forget it or just pretend it never happened or even worse, just deny the facts.
