maybe it was legal at that time, idk... IV drips only illegal since last year in UFC and i read an interview about ronda rousey talk about IV drips are common use in olympic judo
IVs were never something I cared about. I have heard about tons of fighters getting throughout the years to hydrate. Normally those dudes get wrecked because they messed up, hence why they were taking an IV.
I could see how it would be an issue with PED masking, but when you think about the volume of the human body even a liter of IV is really nothing.
I was always under the impression that IV's were a very common thing. Idk the rules pertaining to them nor do I care but I always thought they were pretty commonly used.
Because oscar and pacquiao weren't operating under WADA rule?
It is legal though within a certain dose, but due to concerns of masking or diluting drug use, proper medical examination by the relevent authorities is necessary anf usually in an official setting.
Was it a banned method carrying a minimum 2 year suspension under the WADA code at the time like with Floyd ?
well maybe from the technical department it was illegal for floyd to do that. but it just weird pacitard dont complain with odlh because both basically did the same thing
well if it not for masking agent crap i think iv is very excellent method to use in every sport, after all hydration should be number 1 priority in athletes body.
