Anthony Joshua wants to knockout his trainer Rob McCracken!

Apparently AJ wants to give McCracken a crack'n.

    AJ:
“I get angry quite easy when I am tired from training. I get angry with Rob because he pushes me all the time.

“When he is telling me I am doing things wrong, I want to give him a left hook to see if it is really that bad.

“He says it is bad and I am thinking, ‘I want to miss the pad here and crack and see’.

Lol found it quite funny.. Though it's isn't a laughing matter as he could easily kill him if he did that.

Let's hope he doesn't lose it and kill his OLD trainer and instead takes this frustration out in the ring on the 29th on another OLD guy.

That's good that Rob McCracken is pushing him when he's tired to make sure he's prepared and fit.

Can't wait to see this Joshua-Klitschko fight. I wish it was this Saturday. Eh.....it'll be here soon enough.

There's a older video on youtube of AJ doing pad work with McCracken and McCracken keeps telling him off lol you can see AJ get frustrated.

I guess no one likes to be told that they aren't doing things correctly but it's ultimately gonna make him better. McCracken is a top trainer and AJ already looking better with him in his corner.

Rob McCracken is like that. I remember seeing froch doing some sparring and McCracken was on the sidelines sending a constant flood of negative feedback. He constantly picks up on tiny flaws

Its not the type of training i would respond well to, but i guess im not a world class athlete.

My only worry is that it makes Joshua too focussed on being perfect and not just letting things flow.

Ive seen a few things on that Joshua could have improved on ,namely his torque and generating more power . McCracken hss corrected them already i see this in his Heavy Bag Vids compared to ayear ago ,these werent the recent ones .

These guys are training to fight on the fly (reacting to whatever the opposition throws at them ) So chances of Joshua being worried about perfection is void ,thats why he looks smooth when throwing combos or counter punching ,its their training system ,hes ready to react to ANY punch that comes his way .

Theres no such thing as over drilling techniques the more correctly you do them the more on point punches will be thrown ,thats why Joshua rarerly misses .

Sure but there isnt any way that someone can take on board and work on all the negative feedback that McCracken is giving. Its too much. McCracken is a good trainer with a history of success but doesnt mean he is perfect.

For the record McCracken was most likely working with AJ a long time before they officially got together. McCracken was under contract with team GB and couldnt work with pro fighters other than Froch but Joshua spent a hell of a lot of time up in Sheffield
