Rooting on Fonfara to KO Stevenson out of boxing relavancy more than Stevenson has done by himself over the last few years since oddly enough the first Fonfara fight.
Idk if I can actually see it happening doe. I think Fonfara got chosen now for a reason. And that reason likely has to do with him getting blasted by Joe Smith and struggling for 10 rounds with Dawson who many reasonable cats here confidently identify as shot now.
Plus I'm also a guy who likes to look at who you actually beat not just who you almost beat or had some good moments against. And for Fonfara his best W is probably old Glen Johnson or Chavez Jr. Maybe you could say Cleverly. Either way it's not something that gives me a lot of confidence in beating a top 3 guy. The only thing that makes me think Fonfara has any chance is all the bs opponents Stevenson has fought lately couldn't have helped him stay as sharp as he might need to be in this fight vs the best guy since they fought before and Stevenson is just a lil older now.
