Iirc no.. Wlad has been in good books with the orgs and his team would have sorted it out if this case arose..
If Wlad had won the Fury fight and if they still rematched, I don't think IBF and Duva could have pulled that move..
Then again, if he hadn't lost AJ would not have the belt either..
