If they are not in NZ within the next 5 days then something is very fishy indeed.

Gut feeling this is gonna fall through and I'm sure team Parker has either Cojanu or Fujimoto waiting on line 1

          Hmmm......sounds fishy.

I agree that time zone adjustment is brutal. It takes a lot of time for your body to adjust. The greater the difference in hours the more out of whack your body is and the longer it takes to adjust.

If Hughie pulls out of this fight and blows this opportunity, the Fury's will all be seen as a laughing stock.

I hope this isn't true but if it is, the fUry camp will take over from the Eubanks as the most laughable camp in British boxing.

Also, lots of people exaggerating the jet lag from UK to NZ. I've been to Aus and was up and ready the next day and fully back to normal the day after. A primed, epak conditioned athlete should have an either better turn around. So arriving even a week early, though not ideal, would be fine.

It sounds like Parker's team don'w know where the Furys are either

Australia is 2-6 hours behind NZ, and is a shorter flight with fewer layovers. Where abouts where you in Aus?

Emirates, took a little over a day with a stop over in Dubai. I'm in pretty good shape and I'm young so that might be way I recovered so quickly, plus I always enjoy traveling. Then again, the people I traveled with also recovered quite well.

What I'm saying is that a finely tuned athlete should not take 2 weeks to recover. That is total, absolute nonsense. I can understand if you're a middle aged man with the beginnings of arthritis or heart disease but not for someone who is in training and young. 2 days max.

Anyway, thats besides the point. The point is, are the furys messing up another opportunity or not.

I thought the fuyrys loved fighting.
Why don't Hughie want to fight?

Peter Fury is banned from entering the country. Probably doing final prep over here before they head over without Peter.
