Do you know what the 5th ********* is?? Yeah they can force you to testify, but they can't force you what to say. You can always plead the 5th.

They can hold you in contempt if you don't show up. If the case had any validity the victim would've been subpoenaed and forced to testify. He could've plead the 5th but the prosecutors didn't even think the case was valid enough to subpoenae the guy. Remember, he said he was pistol whipped by Broner. You telling me the prosecutor just throwing out gun cases if they got a good case? Naw.

They have nothing. That's my point. But people were so quick to convict him for something there wasn't any proof he did. The criminal and civil case was dropped.
