no, but there are certainly behaviors that increase one's risk. hanging out with the wrong crowd, at the wrong place, and probably with a ton of cash on you, for instance.

It's a bar he goes to all the time without anything happening. He wasn't even at the bar when he got shot at. West McMillan is about 5-10 minutes away from G'Moni's. He was in a rental so it's obvious he wasn't trying to be seen. If he wanted to be seen he would've been in one of his cars which everybody knows. Why else would he be in a plain rental?
