Yeah, did seem to have problems with Baldy, but Hatton seems to have issues with slick southpaws, I think Hatton would win just because Zab does have a suspect chin.
The fight nobody talks about at 140-147

Good point! This would be a pick em fight.Originally posted by pink pantherYeah, did seem to have problems with Baldy, but Hatton seems to have issues with slick southpaws, I think Hatton would win just because Zab does have a suspect chin.Comment

Zab's too mentally weak, he couldn't handle the constant pressure. Hatton by KO, or DQ win. I wouldn't take this fight if I were Hatton, nothing is gained from it, Judah has already lost two in a row, and the PPV buys for Mayweather-Judah weren't as large as anticipated. People are finally seeing past the hype. Hatton-Gatti/Baldy is the match I would make if I were his handlers.Comment

I'm sure Don can find a way round that - is Judah cooked now as a fighter though?Originally posted by DoubleWell if it did happen, it won't happen until 1 year from now when Zab's suspension is up.Comment

The key to a Hatton-Judah fight lies in rounds 5-12 of Mayweather-Judah. Floyd was the aggressor in those rounds, coming forward, forcing Judah back....Zab showed he can't fight in such a mannor, which is why Floyd pulled away and Zab "looked horrible".Originally posted by CarminePersicozab's last performance, was just horrible rounds 5-12 ...plus hatton holds and hits and does too much bull**** ,(juda aint going to put up with that) and they would probably both get disqualified for something
Guess which direction Ricky fights in?
Hatton by KO or TKO in about 6 or 7.Comment

seems to be the general consensus, Baldy backed Zab up and he didn't like it either, question is does a win over Zab now carry weight in the US?Originally posted by K-DOGGThe key to a Hatton-Judah fight lies in rounds 5-12 of Mayweather-Judah. I think so, actually. Zab has been overrated; but he's not a bad fighter. He's a top ten welterweight at the very least and is talented enough to beat the majority of the guys out there, so an impressive win over Zab at this point would still make people stand up and take notice.Originally posted by pink pantherseems to be the general consensus, Baldy backed Zab up and he didn't like it either, question is does a win over Zab now carry weight in the US?
Remember, he's only been stopped once; and wasn't dominated when he was stopped. He won the first round and got caught in the second. If Ricky and he got together and Ricky dominated and stopped Zab, it might not be as huge a win as it would have been before Baldomir and Mayweather; but it would still be a significant accomplishment, IMO.Comment
