After the Berto fight, Porter should avenge his loss to Brook.. Brook will need a good fight after he loses his title to Spence and it's no better time for a rematch to see how each has improved over the years.. Even in becoming mandatory to the WBC, Thurman has a greater chance of getting a tune-up fight and the Peterson fight before his mandatory is ordered..

Porter did good enough for a rematch to be possible. I think Thurman would win much easier and more decisively the second go though. Would rather see Garcia get the rematch, I think Garcia could beat Thurman, if he let his hands go a little more.

None of this really matters though, all anyone really wants to see is Brook-Spence and then the winner of that fight Thurman. If Thurman keeps refusing to face Spence, he will become a laughingstock in very short time. Thurman is usually very calm and cool, but when he hears someone say Spence he loses it, crying he shouldn't have to fight someone so good. And he doesn't have to, but if he keeps running scared he should vacate his belts and let a real man get them.

I think it's a matter of when rather than if with this rematch. I'd rather not see it right away though, maybe a few more fights down the line.

I'd love to see Shawn fight Khan then Danny before rematching Thurman, I think he beats both.

dont sleep on Berto... that sneaky uppercut can fold Porter in half if timed correctly. Porter rushes in like a running back.. be careful what you run into.

Garcia vs Porter for the right to get that rematch, errbody can't be rematching Thurman damn. I would love to see Thurman face the winner of Brook/Spence or Manny/Horn, good fights there.
