Golden Boy President Eric Gomez confirms that his company has a plan in place to combat the widespread piracy of internet pay-per-view events. On May 6th at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Golden Boy will be staging a major pay-per-view event where Mexican superstars Saul "Canelo" Alvarez and Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. will collide in a grudge match taking place at 164.5-pounds.

Isn't this in conflict with Oscar's morals, considering how outspoken he's been about The Wall? Come on DLH, have sympathy on the illegal viewers.

Seems like a pretty bad plan, if they start deterring people who don't want to buy particular cards then people will slowly lose interest in the fighters and may not buy a show that they would normally.

I'd be fine with people watching online because there's more eyes on your fighter and exposure is always a good thing

Because Mexican fans are arguably the best/strongest fans in boxing
