I mean they even tried to steal the Donaire fight from Rigondeaux.

    I mean cmon... 115-112? 114-113?

In a fight that was an absolute masterclass where you can make a serious case that Rigondeaux won every round, except for the one he was knocked down in...

Rigondeaux absolutely dismantled and busted up Donaire. There is no way you can score that fight even remotely close
I agree. I was there live and watched the fight twice more afterwards. Rigo probably won every round, except perhaps the one where he got caught off-guard coming off a clinch.

From an entertainment standpoint, I'd rate Rigo-Donaire an 8/10. It was indeed a master class against a highly regarded opponent. As far as I'm concerned, if you didn't like that fight, you don't like boxing.

I'd rather watch Rigo masterclass than Shawn porter swinging wildly like a ******.

Exactly, and Rigondeaux even traded with Donaire on multiple occasions, as well as standing in front of Donaire much of the fight. Not running like Bob Arum, and the rest of the Rigs haters claimed.

I was very concerned early on, when Rigo used that strategy. Donaire was always known as a big puncher, and Guille's chin has always been suspect. But it all worked perfectly. It was as if Rigo was saying, "Fuck you. Come at me. There is nothing you can do to beat me."

Nonito must've been disheartened. He almost certainly expected having to chase Guillermo all over the ring that night. Instead, he was met with hard shot after hard shot, while himself missing his target repeatedly. That little knockdown he scored late in the fight was purely out of frustration, right out of a clinch.

His chin isn't bad. He ate some flush shots from Donaire, a power puncher, who looked to be at least 10 pounds bigger in the ring. Smaller men get KO'd when Donaire lands flush like that. Rigs recooped well when wobbled, and when knocked down.

Thank you. I thought it was an entertaining fight. The crowd was into it, too. I was proud of Rigo that night. He fought like a real champion. He didn't back down. And by the end, he had Nonito running scared. Whatever happened to that guy? SMH
