It went the way I expected it to, so I was in no way disappointed by the end of the bout. I was just so ****ing engrossed in it all, I was loving every second. When Manny had May stunned against the ropes, and unleashed a furious barrage on him, I was close to having heart palpitations.

Each time Floyd gave Manny his troll face, shook his head, or landed a counter, I would ****ing ROAR.

It may not have been the best fight I've ever seen, but I absolutely loved it. The build up, Floyd not clowning, looking serious the whole time. Manny's people and fans going overboard with the whole Good v Evil narrative, etc. The legit respect Floyd and Manny showed each other at the end of the fight, chopping it up whilst in each other's arms, etc.

...then that ****ing post fight, "fighting with one arm" bull**** soured it a bit.
how was it bullsh-it? didnt he have surgery or was that some fake news conspiracy maybe he played it up but what was floyds excuse for pac landin the much better punches in at least 7 rounds? thats usually floyds calling card. clean accurate punches...not this time but according to floyd fans he "fought his fight" i guess he fought it wrong or pac fougth it better. perfect example of how a man is bigger than the sport. you can just change your entire way of looking at a boxing match when things dont go as expected.

Pernell Whitaker's win over Diosbelys Hurtado is up there for me.

Hurtado was a Cuban defector who was challenging for Whitaker's belt. This was late in Sweat Pea's career. It was stunning (and for me, frustrating) to see Hurtado out quick Whitaker over the first 10 rounds. Whitaker was behind on all 3 cards and he was not at all known for his knockout power. In the 11th he went for it and hurt Hurtado. Hurtado got hung up on the ropes and Whitaker pounded him again and again with left hooks until it was over. Amazing comeback from a guy who didn't score many knockouts.

This win also saved Whitaker's big pay day against ODLH.

Recently probably thurman vs porter. That was just a very exciting fight to watch. Also brook vs GGG was entertaining while it lasted and brook did better than alot of people thought he would. I cant really remember anything else right away but there was alot of exciting moments i had as a boxing fan.

I went crazy in round four, Mayweather vs Pacquiao.

I also go crazy in Matthysse fights. Not sure it's gonna happen again.
