HE HAS BEEN INVESTIGATED MULTIPLE TIMES FOR FIXING FIGHTS, STAGING FAKE WEIGH INS WITH FAKE WEIGHING MACHINES... HE WAS ALSO INVESTIGATED FOR SMUGGLING FIGHTERS FROM MEXICO WITH FAKE RECORDS SO HIS STARS COULD FIGHT THEM... HE WAS ALSO ACCUSED OF PAYING A FIGHTER TO LOSE TO ONE OF HIS STARS.... THIS IS ALL PUBLIC RECORD ON GOOGLE... HAPPY HUNTING....
Though not technically a promoter, Haymon seems to take good care of his boxers. I'll give you that. Arum does take the crown on double dealing and fast shuffles. Not far behind is Don King.

That would be smart on his part. Take the offer. Win the fight and then you can call your own shots. That is what Mayweather and the rest did when they were the "B" side. It is clear that Canelo is not going to be pressured or "shamed" into offering more money, nor should he. I guess GGG does not understand free markets.

Or maybe GGG and his promoter know they will lose to canelo so they are cashing out all the other opportunities before they fight canelo

CONelo was never going to fight Golovkin in Sept. So much for being the pride of Mexico! This bi.tch and his ho.eas.s promoter aint doing nothing for the sport. I truly hope Chavez knocks this french looking mexican the fawk out!

Totally agree. He should have taken the initial offer because these excessive negotiations are hurting him way more than the younger, fresher Canelo.

I seriously doubt that GGG and his team think they are going to lose. He looks more vulnerable now for sure but not at the time the supposed "15 million" offer was made.

GGG looks completely foolish for not taking that 15m offer. At this point it's clear GGG is not a PPV fighter (2 flops). Unless he fights Canelo he has no other fight that will pay him even half what he can get from Canelo. Let alone the big stage opportunity. K2 rolled the dice that he was worth more and it blew up in their face. Now they have to just take the best offer they have on the table. Or watch Lemieux slide in and take that Sept fight.

Just a theory lol Also i doubt GGG can have anymore ppv fights unless its vs canelo... The jacobs numbers were not good and there is really no one else he could fight on ppv in america at least
