thats because if you went on esnews for the past few months you would have seen mikey garcia saying so himself in multiple videos.... Just last week robert garcia was on a few boxing channels saying golden girl told him they will not let linares fight mikey next.... Its very easy to find.... Get going... Mikey even offered on video to sign a maximum 2 fight deal with them but nothing long term like they want.... Oscarina and her shady ways.....

I've been looking on EsNews for the videos you mentioned and honestly I can't find any videos where either Mikey or Robert are saying that golden Boy promotions requested that Mikey sign with them in order to get the linares fight.
