If Loma beat Linare or Mikey Garcia, Lomachenko is undoubtedly P4P #1.

He's gunna have to move up to get the calibre of opponents he wants, he doesn't want to be fighting the Sosa's
Yeah politics and money are factors. So far either arum doesn't want to work with other promoters or they don't want to work with him. Also arum appears to be very cheap refusing to pay Salido for the rematch. Either way I can't give credit for loma for wins he doesn't have. He has to beat those top guys at 130 and rematch salido. If he decides to jump up to 135 instead of cleaning out 130 he will have the same problems as the top guys at 135 are also not signed with arum either. Linares and Mikey are the class of the division and both are bigger better fighters then top guys at 130 who loma hasn't proven in the ring he's better then.

If Loma beat Mikey Garcia, then he's P4P #1. Linares already has 3 losses by TKO. Linares is a good win, Mikey is a great win!

If he beat Linares and the Garcia, where would you have him on your p4p list? Also, if he beat those guys, would you still feel that he needs to rematch Salido? Peace.

If he stays at 130 he has to rematch salido IMO. A win over Mikey or Linares trumps any win at 130 including salido. Both those guys are 3x division world Champs and elite talents. P4P will depend on what everyone else on that list do in the near future. But he'd be legit number 1 p4p consideration.
