Spike is saying we want fights that worth putting on our network. Forget the mismatches. Quality over quantity.

PBC has the roster to do that. It's just the fights that Spike probably want are going to Showtime. Perfect example Tank vs Walsh would be a good fight for Spike. However Showtime and Al Haymon have been on fire this year and it wouldn't make sense to go elsewhere when you got a great situation going.

Maybe Top Rank should reach out to Spike to put on shows.

Right fight and situation... Read btwn the lines - Spike has no interest in actually paying to broadcast Pbc fights. Obviously no profit in doing so or would sign new deal.

Spike TV really has no room to talk. Have ever watched Bellatore? It's an inferior product to the UFC. Most of the fights are boring and there isn't one fighter with a strong following. Most MMA fans aren't sophisticated enough to care. Boxing fans are so fickle they're complaining about free TV. I have one question... Before the PBC, when was the last time a competitive fight between two top fighters was shown on free TV?
