Like probably isn't the word. Fascinated is more like it. I typically enjoyed Ward fights throughout the Super Six because his style was really fluid. He could switch between offense and defense and inside or outside from moment to moment better than any fighter on the planet. As a hardcore boxing fan I always found it educating to watch.
He seems to have lost a bit with the layoff, and his offense has fallen off drastically. It was never particularly great to begin with, but it's noticeably worse now. We'll see if he can recapture his old effectiveness in the Kovalev rematch. He will probably need to to win this time.
