I found myself looking back and that one and, we all know he's an oddball, but when you really pick it apart, the guy is just living on another planet.
Canelo was dressed bad by someone else but Eubank had that dress shirt tailored to be sleeveless. You don't just come upon shirts like that, you have to specifically have someone (against their best advice) measure and make it for you. The vest too because they typically leave room for a jacket, they aren't cut to wrap around the arms like that.
Not to mention that he tucked his slacks into his boots (lol, whut??) and is carrying the most feminine "men's tote" ever created. I just gotta wonder what was running through his head or who he was thinking he was impressing with that.
