The heavyweight division is lit now since Fury and beat Vlad.. We should pray he doesn't win. It's better for the sport plus he'll most likely retire win or lose so its pointless for fans if he wins.

I'm a Wlad fan and I want him to regain the belts he lost and then retire.. that's the least he can do after that fat fück stood him twice.. even if AJ loses, AJ vs Wilder will still be a good fight for next year.. I don't think Wilder would fight Wlad, he wasn't ready before Wlad lost and I'm not sure what he is gotta say now..

Vlad is a legend and all time hall of famer. I respect the guy for what he's achieved but he needs to pass the torch on so we can get these new young heavyweights fighting each other.

If he wins I believe he'll still retire as a 3 time world champ like Ali was.

I'm indifferent to who wins this. I believe Wlad would fight Deontay because capturing the WBC has been of goal of his ever since Vitali retired. For now this is as you say a good build-up because Wilder has Stiverne and the winner of this match has to face two mandos in Pulev and Ortiz....I'm not sure the winner may make it past both men ; good luck to them but Deontay is sure to get past Stiverne no doubt.

Nah he's too tall I'd probably just get to his nipple or something.

Imo Wilder should fight Ortiz to see who gets the winner. The mandatory will probably have to face the winner first anyway so it'll determine the best heavyweight right then and there in a span of 7-8 months.

he'll get in the ring after, start saying hes the number one, saying hes ready to sign for the fight. then a couple of weeks later he'll sign to fight breazele, and people on this site will defend it.

And Lol at "I will let them know I am there and I'll be looking at who I want next." oh please.. Wlad has wanted to fight you even when you didn't have a title and as soon as you won it, but someone wanted him to age before fighting him..
