    Main Events Stunned By Mayweather's "No Contest"

    This past Monday, Floyd Mayweather changed his initial plea of not guilty in his misdemeanor assault case and pleaded no contest to charges that he assaulting a West Side tavern worker in 2003. The plea of no-contest has stunned Arturo Gatti promoters Main Events who are worried that the upcoming June battle between Gatti and Mayweather could be in jeopardy. Mayweather faces up to 93 days in jail and a $500 fine when he is sentenced on March 11th. [details]

    This is Mayweather's 5th assault conviction in less then 3 years.

    What else has he been convicted of? Must be nice to be a celeberty. Any of us, we would be posting from inside a prison!
