Why would the WBC give Washington another opportunity at THE HW champion of the world Deontay Wilder? besides according to the World Boxing Council's heavyweight rankings Pulev & Ortiz are next in line however there is a issue : they both are due by the IBF and WBA the winner of Juice-Klinch so why would they step out on two titles?

I can see the WBC granting Andy Ruiz the eliminator -- he arguably should of got the decision over WBO champ Joseph Parker.

Whyte is supposed to be fighting a top 10 world ranked opponent, not some fat American bum.
