So Saunders and his team paid step aside money to Sauders mandatory in order to make the GGG fight. We know for a fact there was an agreement in place for the fight to take place before the Jacobs fight was finished. Here is BJS asking Tom when is he going to send the contract a week before the GGG-Jacobs fight.
Frank Warren said the delay was because he's being told GGG is injured. Abel Sanchez then said GGG isn't injured "per se". Then he said GGG is "sore". But two days ago Sanchez said he wants GGG to fight in June or July and fight 3 times a year. So he's really not injured to the point he can't fight in June or July
The Canelo fight almost slipped thru their fingers with the Jacobs fight and it seems they've said they aren't going to take anymore chances and risk losing that Canelo fight. So if a fighter decides not to take a risk and go for the money fight shouldn't that be considered a duck? Especially when said fighter and his team have been saying the goal to become the undisputed MW champion. They finally got BJS signed, sealed, and delivered and they're backing away from it after a close fight with Jacobs. They don't want to risk losing that Canelo fight. If this isn't a duck please explain to me what it is.
Just before his last fight dates are their ' @GGGBoxing **** house ' moving on with me career 👁👁💩 I didn't see no contract still 😱#WBOKing pic.twitter.com/H8ZQf45NMQ
