    Kovalev intends to retire Ward.

Yesterday when asked if he'd give a rematch, Kovalev responded in a puzzling way, let's see what happens in the ring.

People took this to mean, maybe he wouldn't give a rematch.

Well today Kovalev promised everyone that he was going to end Ward's career.

Like I mentioned before, this is a guy that actually killed a man before. When Jean Pascal angered Kovalev, he let him off the hook the second fight to punish him for 4 more rounds.

He doesn't see a rubbermatch because he intends to retire Ward.

I'm not saying he can accomplish that, but that's what he has in mind.

Kovalev has been talking a ton of junk since the first fight. He better win, and win convincingly, otherwise it's gonna be EXTREMELY embarassing for him.
