you wont be super huge like mr olympia whoa re jacked on gear but you will be muscular and lean like a greet statue for sure.

Here is Vitor Belfort before and after he is only 39 years old for crying out loud, before he was on TRT look how muscular and jacked he was even his face has muscles and this was moderate TRT dosages they even did blood work on him so his test didnt get too high he had an exemption, then when they banned TRT look at his muscles flat and he lost the swole look and his face no longer has the strong jaw muscles

Hopkins body looks like Vitor without TRT in 2017

Here's what James Toney looked like on D-bol (nandrolone). This is the bread and butter of all enhanced bodybuilders too. Is MUCH more prone to building lean-muscle, than TRT.

It just shows that being on TRT, or any type of pro-hormone, or anabolic PED, will not necessarily make you look like you're on something.

Again, you may be right, and Hopkins is that once in a lifetime freak who was able to compete at the top level of his chosen sport well into his 40's while being a full natty brah. Full natty brah or not, doe, what Hopkins did was STILL freaky as hell, and deserves MAD praise. Because I'd say about 80% of all top boxers are on some sort of pro-hormone PED. Hopkins is a top 25 ATG IMO.

          Cobb Salad (without the bacon)

          steak brocolli with rice

Not true, if you buy it at a restaurant yes, but if you cook it yourself it's about the same. That said it's still expensive as your food bill will be three times the cost of regular supermarket food.

Mcdonalds value meals are cheaper though.

You're entitled to your opinion, and there's no way I can prove he's on TRT, or any type of pro hormone type drugs.

I think that he is absolutely on TRT, and has been for the past 5-8 years.

Look at James Toney - he got popped for nandrolone, and you'd never have guessed he was on anything looking at his build. Lol.

I guess we'll have to agree to disagree.
Dude you just keep ignoring what I post? you qouted my last post where I posted Mark Sisson at 64 years old who just started taking TRT when he was in his early 60s

he was skinny when he was 58 and never changed his workout routine he is also a low caloric guy who eats super clean in a catabolic state as you say he just added TRT
he has more muscle than he did when he was 58, B hop is 50 come dude you are defeating yourself you said B hop was on something at his age if anything probably HGH which I have no issue with since its not a performance enhancer.

I don't believe for a SECOND Hopkins isn't on TRT. And he still doesn't look as good as those dudes on those youtube ads promoting "testosterone boosting foods."
Did they get punched for a living? TRT isn't vases on building added muscle, it's purpose is to keep you in the normal range so that you don't develop many possible issues.

What people are really talking about is using HGH, test cycles, etc to gain more mass. I have little doubt that hopkins was doing TRT at some point, but a strict diet goes a long way. I have blood tests proving that my total test levels jumped 250 ng/dl from adding vitamin D3 along with riding a stationary bike for a few months, as well as free test increasing (which is actually more important than total).

If HGH isn't a performance enhancer, why are so many footballs players on it? Why was Lance Armstrong using it? You need to do more research. Added muscle=more strength.

I did - but that dude is doing ANABOLIC exercises - strength and resistance training in the 8-12 rep range, and is NOT in a caloric deficit - he's in a caloric SURPLUS - to build lean muscle mass you have to be.

The reason that old dude can look like that, and be so lean, is because he has the testosterone levels of a 20-30 year old, not a 50-60 year old. If I had to guess, I'd also say that dude is stacking Tren, or Winny or another PED with his TRT cycles..

Hopkins isn't strength training, nor trying to ADD LEAN MSUCLE mass. He's merely trying to PRESERVE lean muscle mass while staying in a catabolic state to make weight.

Moreover, I just showed you what James Toney looked like when we KNOW FOR A FACT he was using D-Bol (Nandrolone) - a PED that has much more anabolic properties than simply increasing your testosterone levels. And he looked like a fat slob.

You can't always look at an athlete and tell based their physical appearance if they are enhancing. It's all performance-based for them, and looks have nothing to do with it. Sometimes looks can be a by-product of it - like TRT Vitor (who was a GOD lol).

I have no doubt Hopkins has been on TRT since his early to mid 40's. No doubt in my mind.

But again, I can't prove it, so we'll have to agree to disagree my good man!!
