Soda is TERRIBLE for your body if you don't know that by now just do some research. I completely cut soda and sugar juices out my diet well over 10 years ago. But like everything you don't have to go crazy about it. Like McDonalds which is also really bad for you. If you have McDonalds once in a blue you are fine. If you are eating it every day bad can happen to your body. Same with Soda. But if you drinking Coke everyday you should do some research and switch that up.
A large part of Bhop's longevity is the sacrifices he made outside the ring specifically with his diet. Tom Brady playing at elite level at 40 and also has an insane diet doesn't drink soda, any junk food. The man eats Avocado ice cream for phuk sake. While other QBs falling off in their mid 30's because their body breaking down and Brady playing into his 40's. Taking care of what you put into your body is a huge part of why.
He's taken care of himself since his younger days...I don't think it's TRT, he's all into organic healthy natural, don't think he'd ever put anything in his body like TRT or other replacement drugs
You're naive my good man..
Doesn't take anything away from B-Hop's legacy, as boxers half his age, or most of them, are using some form of pro-hormones/testosterone boost, nandrolone, etc.
that is huge wear and tear on the body..... especially boxing..... on the face.
he's probably the best aged boxer in history.
Yeah plenty of pro-athletes look good in their 50's?
50 is nothing now.
He is definitely the best-aged boxer in history - without a doubt. Nobody will come close to accomplishing what he did at 45-48, IMO.
But as far as his body, and the kind of shape he is in - it's not that impressive. BUT, to IMPLEMENT that fitness IN THE BOXING RING - THAT is extremely impressive. There is a difference, doe..
He's right about sugar. I'm not a fan of his boxing style or antics in and out of the ring, but he has a proven formula for longevity which is rooted in nutrition and exercise. Whether or not he fought clean all these years is anyone's guess, but I suspect he relied heavily on proper nutrition. Soda is one of the worst beverages you can put into your body. Ok if you have a Coke once in a while, but it should not be a regular fixture in your diet.
You're right of course in that in moderation it ain't gonna do too much harm, but that **** is highly addictive so moderation ain't always an easy option. There's a reason why there's been numerous initiatives either at local or national level to ban or reduce sugar intake and it ain't just to do with revenue generation.
