It's certainly possible, but I don't think it's an easy fight for either man. They each have great boxing skills, above average counter-punching ability, and ring generalship. Loma has the speed advantage, Mikey will have the power advantage. Neither fighter has faced anyone of the other's caliber.

      Exactly WHO has LLomachenko beaten?
      I don't know.
Maybe the 2008 prospect of the year, olympian and current featherweight world champion Gary Russell Jr.
Maybe the undefeated world champion and ,power puncher, Nicholas Walters.
The former world champion Rocky Martinez.
And you can add Jason Sosa, former world champion who last year scored a win over Javier Fortuna, one of the highest ranked boxers in the division.

And it took those guys 30+ fights to have opposition as good as that on their resume.

Perspective people. Don't write Loma's career off yet because of where he's from and the color of his skin.

Of course he can't equal Mayweather's accomplishments as a pro yet because Mayweather turned pro at a much younger age. If you go by the time they both turned pro Loma won world titles much quicker than Mayweather in far fewer fights. If Mayweather is a better boxer then why does Mayweather have an amateur record of 84 wins and 8 losses with one bronze medal? Loma has an amateur record of 398 wins and 1 loss with two gold medals. Loma's amateur record is the best in boxing history and puts Mayweather's amateur record to shame. If Mayweather was a more skilled boxer then why did he have such a poor amateur record compared to Loma?
Mayweather was robbed you asshat just like Roy Jones Jr. was robbed in the Olympics

          Professional record > amateur record

If Lomachenko was a more skilled boxer then why did he already lose to old, shop worn, face first brawler Orlando Salido? Young doe. Weight disadvantage doe. Lowblows doe. Still an official Loss!

I asked you for one fighter in boxing history that beat a fighter of the level of Salido in his SECOND pro fight, second boy, if you don't understand i will explain you.
The second fight is the one that comes after the first one, so again, tell me one fighter that faced someone of Salido's level on his second pro fight, just one.
You said Floyd Mayweather Jr., but if I'm right, Mayweather faced Reggie Sanders who was 1-1 and never won a world title like Salido, let alone be a world champion at the moment Floyd beat him.
I will put it again so you don't answer irrelevant things.
TELL ME ONE BOXER THAT FACED A CURRENT WORLD CHAMPION ON HIS SECOND PRO BOUT AND WON.
Sorry for that but it seems like the only way that you and your intellectually similar people can answer.

You claim "its ok to lose" because of "in the history of boxing" ??? - what a loser mentality.

Llamachincko is a good fighter. Not great. Stop making ridiculous excuses.

Stop comparing a fighter who has yet to accomplish anything worth recording to an ATG like FLOYD (a fighter who defines HISTORY).

I asked you the same question three times and you couldn't answer, just as i expected.
Don't worry, not being able to comprehend a sentence is a serious thing and i wouldn't make fun of it.

Aren't Jones and Mayweather's Olympic losses still official losses?

                Can't have it both ways.

So you admit Orlando Salido officially beat Lomachenko in a professional bout not long ago?

I don't think anybody has denied it.

Controversial? Yes. 2nd pro fight? Yes. Tons of rules broken? Yes.

But official. Again, why is that defeat official so concrete and proof Lomachenko is a terrible fighter but Jones and Mayweather official Olympics losses still seen as "wins"?
