the current situation is.....

1) the two best fighters at 160 are Golovkin/Jacobs
2) we have no idea who would win the rematch
3) it is the most meaningful fight available for Golovkin

I absolutely wanna see that rematch, and Golovkin absolutely has Jacobs problems

I think that Golovkin got the nod in a very close fight..... and if that rematch were to happen NEXT, he could possibly lose that fight to Danny Jacobs..... meaning that Jacobs would be the better middleweight

I also think that Canelo likely beats both of them

I don't think you can categorically state with any degree of certainty that Golovkin is the best fighter at 160, that could be Danny Jacobs

and I think that Lara would give all 3 of them fits

Canelo will have nowhere to go lol, and on top of that he loves to fight, that's a really bad combination to come to the ring with against a guy who comes forward, cuts off the ring, and comes to stop you methodically, with solid defense.

I think they will have a great gameplan for Golovkin

Canelo has great upper body movement and excellent defence, he will make him miss and make him pay

and Canelo is a better boxer than Golovkin, quicker, with better timing..... and as we saw with Khan, Canelo has a right hand as well

Golovkin is somewhat predictable, they need to work on counters/combinations that will be effective

I think he will be right in that fight
