Vada requires both,theres been other fighters that tried to split it up but couldn't,vada wont except anything less than the full testing,there is no choice in what kind of tests they do,that would instantly discredit their standing as the most stringent in the industry,but the other orgs have now caught up & most do the same,cant u guys learn to use google before making public assumptions?
