Comments Thread For: Canelo to Chavez: Stop Saying ****** Things About PED Testing

Canelo Alvarez's advice to Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. regarding questioning PED testing for their fight was concise and harsh. Alvarez told reporters on a conference call Tuesday that Chavez "should stop saying ****** things." Chavez and his besmirched strength and conditioning coach, Angel Heredia, have expressed skepticism publicly about testing administered by the Voluntary Anti-Doping Association as they prepare for their May 6 catch-weight showdown in Las Vegas. Chavez and Heredia have implied Alvarez has something to hide by being particularly critical on social media about VADA testing their urine, but not their blood.

Hmmm, interesting how when Canelo was going to fight trout, trout requested vada and golden boy threatened to back out of the fight. Then Canelo declined vada for his fights with khan and Smith suddenly. Guess we'll never know but despite that Canelo has obviously gotten older and people naturally fill out with age, the difference in his body over the past 2-3 yrs even while fighting in the same weight class is quite dramatic.

        Woo-wee Drama for your mama

I didn't know Canelo did not do blood testing.

Things are getting more heated between these two. I'm cool with that, it adds to it.

Vada testing was in place for the Smith fight, Smith pulled out of it after the 1st test.

Chavez has failed numerous tests and is questioning testing

“We tried to start the program; unfortunately, it was late,” Eric Gomez, vice president of Golden Boy Promotions explained to BoxingScene.com on Sunday. “There wasn't enough time to get the full benefit of VADA testing.” -

How else do people think the diva was making 155 to rehydrate to 180 and beat up on smaller boxers? It wasn't by NOT taking diuretics, I can tell you that much.

Let them buy that crap of "smith pulled out of testing" story...

These Canelo fans are so damn ******.

Canelo is obviosly using PEDs. He looks like a rugby player.

wait so Chavez who has flunked drug tests and been suspended and hired Memo a dirtbag who a part of the biggest scandal in sports history. The man who created drugs to beat olympic drug testing and when the Feds busted him snitched on all his clients to avoid jail time. Is now banned from working with any olympic athletes, lifetime ban from all other major team sports and is ONLY now in boxing because boxing is like the only sport that wasn't smart enough to ban him too. Chavez and Memo accusing ANYONE of being on something is hilarious. LMAO
