Showtime play it live while HBO show a replay at prime time.
Your link is dead, but are you sugesting that Showtime isn't going to also get to re-air the fight in primetime?

Wow, didn't think this fight was so big that these networks would both get a piece of it. I'm looking forward to it.

If this is correct f#cking Showtime Boxing can't do two right things in row ever. They may or may not have a bigger budget for boxing these days, but they still can't get the HW title fight of the guy they got a deal with exclusively for some reason.

Interesting, i was wondering how they would sort that one out.
Good news for the American viewers. The fighters too.

Why couldn't they do this for Kovalev-Stevenson?

this is why I wanted to hold off until something is official

The view of one of the sources involved is that “there’s a lot of gamesmanship going on on the part of both networks. Who knows what they’re going to do or if they’re even willing to go with the deal they’ve negotiated at this point.- SMH

HBO has an exclusive deal too, genius.

That's why HBO has to be involved and it can't just be on HBO.
