      I see no benefit.

She can't lay a glove on him and he's obviously not comfortable hitting back. She's just in there chasing shadows.

I'm sure this was pre-Olympics years ago.

Yeah I was just about to post that sparring top pros is a great way to learn new tricks and learn the ropes, but sparring Rigo would be fruitless, you wouldn't be able to do anything against him.

It could even be detrimental to your ego/confidence, something that a fighter needs to be strong.

I'm not sold on women boxers but Katie Taylor is for me the best of them, but no shame on her this time, Rigo would make most look like that.
Even tho i saw olympians Luke Campbell, Teofimo Lopez and Antonio Vargas doing a better job.

Figuring out different ways to try and cut the ring is a skill that is great to develop; Rigondeaux is a heck of an ask to cut the ring on, but Rigo is world's beyond most other fighters, let alone what a female boxer (even an Olympic-level one) can put forward.

Almost like high school player with ability, sitting in the batter's box against Roger Clemens; the kid's likely not going to be able to hit anything, but Clemens fastball is better than most big-league fastballs, let alone college fastballs, let alone All-Star high school ballplayers, let alone the competition he'd be seeing in his high school league.
