should do lots of wrestling drills in camp, get your body used to it. probably more important to do wrestling type sparring than actual boxing if you want to make training specific to ward. maybe some mma rounds too, cause likely gonna get some elbows thrown your way at some point during the fight.

he did the wrestling in the first fight to negate wards inside game but tired out in the championship rounds, why is it that his grappling/holding is excused but wards is the worst thing going?
