based on what? The only quality win Brook has is a close decision over Porter. Home turf is the only advantage Brook has. Spence is faster, more coordinated, and hits harder with any punch you name.

Loma has more top level wins than Spence in those 9 fights though, I wouldn't put Loma at 1 at all. I think you need to prove yourself at the top level at least a few times to be on the list, I'd say Loma probably just makes the list for me.

gggee is #1 or 2 on most list with only one top level win and a few decent ones
