Exactly. And, looking beyond ability, Canelo intentionally lets himself get against the ropes at times, chooses to trade. That's a dangerous game to play with a guy who has made a career of cornering and knocking out middleweights.

I still think Canelo is more talented than Jacobs but the areas Canelo is weak in happen to play poorly in this fight.

Honestly I have already lost my enthusiasm for this fight. Canelo is clearly intent on waiting things out and putting out sound bites to make it sound like he wants to fight right now, GGG looks to be on the decline and Canelo will continue to wait until he declines even more before getting in the ring with him.

He lost already. Box ggg from the outside? Not the inside? His corner is gonna get him killed.

Last month, Golovkin (37-0, 33 KOs) had all he could handle in retaining his IBF, WBA, WBC, IBO middleweight titles with a close twelve round unanimous decision over Jacobs, who the WBA's mandatory challenger.

I believe that Canelo has Golovkin's number mentally

they can talk all that shht through the media, but the fighters themselves know exactly whats up

forget the technical/style issues that Canelo mentioned in this article, Canelo is 100% aware that Golovkin was completely unwilling to drop a single pound in order to make that fight..... Golovkin acted like he needed every single pound/advantage he could get..... also, since then, Canelo has dangled that fight in front of Golovkin TWICE, failing to get a bite on both occasions

Canelo is well-aware that Golovkin has a healthy respect for him
