I wouldn't consider that a sign of needing money. People that buy tons of shyt end up running out of room or just get bored. When people downgrade their homes, THAT'S a sign they need money.

bro, just stop it please! he's auctioning his car off. if he didnt have room and wanted to make room, he would just sell it instead of auctioning it.

when you put something up for auction, that means you're trying to get the max price for it. you acting like he's putting the car up for auction all for charity or something lol.

im not saying he's broke, but with that flashy lifestyle and barely any income coming in to support that, he's gonna have to start selling some of his stuff sooner or later.

Yep. He sells his cars all the time. He sold that Ferrari Enzo he had and turned around and bought more expensive cars after that.

That's true about running out of space. I was listening to a radio host who told people he appreciates the gifts but he'd rather them donate to a charity because he doesn't have the space to store everything he gets.

Auctioning IS selling. When an item has an 'X-factor' (like being a rarity, historical, or in this case having celebrity ties) it's wiser to hold an auction as the spectacle makes it more profitable than private listings which take forever and are expensive because you have to pay for someone to sell them for you over months.

If you think he's only auctioning to get more money, how on earth does that indicate desperation? You think the wealth intentionally throw away money when there are chances to sell quicker and with greater profit?

dont play dumb. you know what i meant. "selling" as in selling it back to the dealer, a private buyer, etc. i mean if he's only selling it to "make room", why would he waste the time to put it up for auction, wait, and let people bid on it, if he's just making room? you ONLY put your stuff up for auction if you want to get the most from it. once again, like i mention in my previous post, i never said he's broke.

I'm pretty sure if I was Trump rich I would still agree to a fight for $100 million. Especially if I was the betting favorite.

That's just not true. I've got friends that deal in collector cars and they do private sales when they need every dollar. Auctions are just to make room quick. I don't mess with cars any more but I've got some really expensive guitars (a few even in the $8k range) and I auction when I want to get rid of them. I do private listings when I need to make every dollar count.

As I said, this has the celebrity factor so auction makes even more sense because he dumps them quick and the spectacle of it all draws more money.

Are you just saying this because it's Floyd? I think he spends like an idiot and almost 2 years ago I predicted that he'd go back into fighting if he didn't change (which is why he's trying to fight McGreggor).
However, this doesn't look like a money thing to me. Cars take a lot of room. You can't just stick Ferraris in your backyard. They need to be maintained. This is a normal thing for car collectors. If he was broke, he'd be keeping his cars longer and not buying new Bugattis.
