Dumb move. Watch Canelo fight BJS next or Lemeiux. Having all the belts at MW would have boxed GBP and Canelo in a corner because there won't be any meaningful fight left for Canelo.

Something is going to come out as to why they can't fight in September. I'm damn near positive of it. Canelo might fight Billy Joe Saunders for the WBO belt or Chavez again. I'm going to guess it to be Canelo-Saunders, I think GBP and Canelo will stick it to Triple G now and take the WBO belt and leave Golovkin out in the cold with no one to fight. The only viable fight would be a Jacobs rematch, but I don't see the rematch happening again this year. I think Canelo-Golovkin will finally happen in May 2018 for all the belts, the Lineal title and Undisputed

Laughing at anyone who thinks this fight not happening has anything to do with golden boy. Funny how people keep blaming Golden boy when K2 literally can't make a big fight with anyone. Warren said all the details and split were agreed BEFORE Jacobs fight and contracts were drawn up. Then GGG lost his pen Loeffler made up fake injures. Then abel killed that saying GGG is not injured. This is all Loeffler being exposed as inept and not being able to close the deal on kaza phuk Stan money. Now too late to make another fight, HBO won't give them much money or a PPV date so no choice but to scrap it and have egg on face.
