First of all, Broner isn't making 130 any more. Not when he can't even make 140.

Second, Broner hasn't been hungry like that in years. Now he's content with just bums, water and corn flakes from Wal-Mart; whooped by Porter, Granados and Maidana.

Third like TBE said, he calls himself "The Problem". He's got a lot a problems. Can't decide if he's a pron star, a rapper or a boxer, was just an alcoholic, beating people up outside of bowling alleys...

All weights equal, Tank gives current Broner that work over 12.

In a sense, Black people have assumed ownership of the word almost exclusively and strangely dictates when and who can use it. I personally do not use the word but most of my friends use it promiscuously. I do agree with the self respect point you made but the history of the word is curiouslycomplex but I would love for it to cease to exist but that's not happening.
As long as African americans keep using this language, it will always exist. If African americans ceased use of the word instead of "assuming ownership" and would condemn each other harder then they do to others it would eventually go away. If children continue to hear their contemporaries use it in song and movies and amongst family and friends it will always remain. I am ***ish, I have never greeted another member of this religion with any type of derogatory name? we were ******, we were in concentration camps, we are still discriminated in some circles to this day but we do not glamourize anti-Semitism or take ownership of the names that are out there. There is a solution to most problems , but I think the ones suffering, should be exemplifying the solutions not condoning it. It seems like African americans don't realize that hypocrisy is difficult to accept by anyone.

Respectfully, I don't think ***s are in a position to lecture Black folks on how they should deal with centuries of de-humanization.

Unlike ***s, Black folks have never had the option of 'Christianizing' their names, tucking their Star of Davids, and 'passing' as members of the dominant society as a defense mechanism. They also do not have a Biblical homeland that was allotted for their preservation that is supported financially, politically, and militarily by the most powerful nations in the world.

          Again, respectfully.

sorry wasn't meaning to sound like a lecturer. I just hate to hear these words spoken against AA's it makes me cringe. It disgusts me. There is no place for it anywhere. I don't judge people by their skin tone. I grew up and went to public schools in Toronto we are so diverse here it is impossible to not have friends of every distinction in this city. Respectfully though, it sounds like you were making excuses as to why AA's should tolerate the language amongst yourselves...I still don't get it, anyways lets enjoy the fights I am a fan, I don't care what color they are I watch the blacks the whites the euros the latinos it makes no difference as long as it is a good show...although it would be nice to see some more Canadian guys reach the top levels and I am certainly not holding my breath to see any ***ish fighters claim any titles...reminds me of a joke about the shortest book out there is the one titled '***ish sports legends' hahaha. Take care brother.

As SweetPbfAli stated earlier, the complicated relationship and psychology of that word and its usage against and between Black folk is such that entire courses could be taught on it.

But I respect your thoughts and to be clear, my initial post was not intended as an attack on you.

              One Love.

Davis: And after I deal with that other p*ssy [Tevin Farmer]...Me and AB can get it rocking!! Floyd Mayweather set it up".

Translation: after I dispose of my fellow competitor in Tevin Farmer, whom I think lowly off and consider him a cowardly man. AB and myself can engage in combat after I settle all accounts with Tevin. Floyd Maywether, set up the fight for us.

Going against the grain will f*** yo "WAVE" up.... yo n*gga came to me talking bout you can beat my brothas and I told him you can't n*gga. F*** wrong with that gay ass n*gga. I'm riding with my n*ggas like you go ride with yo n*ggas, all this **** is for girls! Where I'm from I don't get down like that. N*ggas is FRAUDS," - Broner

Translation: going against what is considered the norm will bring you down a path of destruction. One of your fellow comrade approached me and stated that you could be victorious against one of my close friends in a fight and I defended my fellow brethren by stating you could not. Your associate seems to have some type of mental disorder and I'm lead to believe he may be a ****sexual. I'm going to defend my friends the same way you would defend yours. All this back and forth arguing is for gossiping women. That is why I'm lead to believe that your "tough guy" act is a facade.

"I want you too n*gga. I can't wait until you do lil bra. Why you let this n*gga try to hype you like I'm hating on you n*gga. If you want it to be beef that's what I do. Man we can do it, but if its just a misunderstanding you need to say that cause I'm on go bra." - Broner

Translation: I would like to engage in combat against you myself. Why are you allowing your friends to lie and convince you that I dislike you and the actions to you take. If you would like an altercation I can partake, considering the fact that I believe I am an expert in said field. However, if your comments lead to me misunderstanding your views, consider informing me about it. If you meant what you say be aware, because I am bracing myself for combat.

"I ain't killed a n*gga in a while my n*gga. I'm ready to clown again. That **** just a rush to me. I will be in yo city tomorrow, it's on." - Broner

Translation: I have decimated an opponent in a brutal fashion in some time. However, I am prepared to do so once more. I will be in your city tomorrow, let's settle this.

To which Davis issued his own response: "N*ggas get that drink up in them and go wall nuts...you know how we coming! Talk less and pull up! N*ggas is cold p*ssy." - See more at: http://www.boxingscene.com/gervonta-....fynua1xC.dpuf

Translation: Once my fellow African American brothers get intoxicated off alcoholic beverages, they begin making wild claims. You should know how I handle my business, converse less and present yourself for combat. These gentlemen are cold female genitalia.

1st off, I know broner can barely make 140. The only guys who give him trouble, are naturally bigger pressure volume punchers. Granados didn't beat him. Doing well, and winning, are 2 different things. (I.e. Jacobs vs GGG)... 2nd I agree he's not motivated. But he would be with pride on the line. Tank isn't even the top 4 in his division. Loma, Gart Russell jr, Miguel berchelt, and Fortuna all could beat him. And Salido, Francisco Vargas, Bryan Vasquez, Tevin Farmer, probably beat him too. And if Oscar Valdez moved up, he hits Gervonta with anti-tank missles... Gervonta is a good fighter. But he's not a special fighter. He's in a shark tank at 130
