If they were to fight this year at a catch-weight of 138 I still lean towards Pac. Loma is faster but Pac is stronger and still has enough speed to counter him and take Loma's punches. Two more years and I give the advantage to Loma as he can settle into the higher weight and Pac will by then have declined even more.

It's a shame they can't get anyone at 130 to offer up a title shot for him. At 135 there are a few good fights, but probably not a lot of willingness to fight him. Garcia and Linares are the money fights, lets see if they are willing to put their money where their mouth is.

No way would Lomachenko take a fight against Pacquiao. Old or not it's not a smart idea.
