Vasyl is a control freak in the ring : he knows how to manipulate the opponent and even the rules to meet his objectives ; so fixated he is in dominating every facet of a professional boxing contest that this impulse ( or whatever you want to call it ) apparently carries over to influencing the referee! : for example in this fight vs. Sosa he goes as far as acting to being hit below the belt if a legal body-shot troubles him.

If Sosa tried to bob and weave in or out for offensive or defensive purposes Lomachenko would control ( hold ) Sosas head and guide it to a more favorable position ; the same cunning strategy is employed when Lomachenko finds himself trying to land destructive blows when Sosa is staggered against the ropes ; maybe the a sense of urgency in that he can end the fight takes over Vasyl's judgement and leads him to unprofessional conduct bending the rules -- he ( Lomachenko ) is quick enough to get away with it from many officials.

You need to be shrewd and very determined to beat Lomachenko...a veteran. This opinion of mine is formed after careful observation on not just this fight but other notable performances.

He's definitely learned a lot from Salido with that willingness to get dirty.

Hmm...Going to have to check his earlier amateur footage or his fights from the world series of boxing to make sure he was not committing these kinds of fouls otherwise you cant blame Salido -- Hopefully he keeps it in check, Sosa was not even trying to cheat him besides Loma's skill were far superior as such Vasyl did not need to do those things -- that's what bother me.

I acknowledge that hes a quality fighter undeniably posses an elite set of offensive and defensive skill and has the goals that align with fans expectations....for me to take the time to make these says there's something I like BUT I'm watching you LOMA! keep it clean!!!

Fight should've been stopped after the 8th round. That was brutal.

None of those are dirty tactics. Just about every top boxer uses that light head control, a lot the heavy head control. Rigondeaux is probably the dirtiest viciously pulling you into uppercuts.
