If they fight I think Loma will win by KO. Garcia did much better against Salido. Loma recently fought Roman Martinez and slaughtered him. Garcia also stopped Martinez but Martinez knocked Garcia down and gave him a much harder fight than he did Loma. Loma is too fast and skillful for Mikey in my opinion. I hope they fight.

To beat a feather fisted hop hop 'matrix' like Loma, we knew, it had to be either some Mexicano golpeador or pot shotting, outside technician.
Salido proved that the former was a good prediction.
And everyone knows that both Mikey and Salido are aggressive, Mexican style and plus Mexican volume punchers and Mikey at his age is the better one.
        So, Mikey>Loma, TKO/KO, 9 I say.

Loma takes a lot of shots that he will not be able to absorb aswell against the bigger fighters. (He takes flush right hands and quality body shots that will put him down @135lbs and above.)

The guy is good, But he's a really good SMALL fighter who's punching power will not follow him up.

Salido's name comes up constantly as some sort of confirmation that Lomo isn't what he's cracked up to be. I've followed "Siri" to some extent for years now. He was underrated for a long time, and found deserved respect late in a blue-collar career. Losing to a guy like that in only your second pro fight (not counting WBC) is no blight on your record. And if you've seen the bout, you know that it was a case of a cagey, hardened pro versus a highly talented, but relatively green fighter. Vasyl takes the rematch easily, if they ever fight again. Now Mikey is another story, but using Salido to disparage Lomachenko in any way is a really weak argument and, quite frankly, it's gotten old real quick.

One of my concerns about Lomachenko is that he might not have enough power to go as far as I'd like him to. I think everything else should be enough. The guy is super-talented. As for his ability to take shots from the big boys, I guess that remains to be seen. If he fights Mikey, we'll definitely know for sure. And, by the way, they both measure 5'6", so size shouldn't be an issue in their case.

Lomo isn't feather-fisted, but his power seems to be "only" in the "respectable" range. I hope it's enough to carry him throughout his career. It may or may not be enough against elite fighters.
