I believe its all Conor actually at this point. He gots a kid due next month & he's said he's not doing anything before that point. Being realistic if the fight gets made its probably not getting made for November or later so plenty of time to make a deal.

And honestly fair play to Conor getting more time in since he's the least experience boxer & needs all the help he can get. You can certainly argue that what does it really matter if the fight happens in Sept 2017 instead of Mar. 2018, but that extra 6 months will surely be something that Conor would feel like helps his chances I imagine.

If Floyd gots a hard date on this fight being made the fight probably won't happen & sh^t honestly I still feel like the fight won't happen despite all the movement that suggests its all being lined up. Just too many dominos to line up. The only thing that makes me not 100% say the fight won't happen is how much revenue this fight will generate. Burger King might have Floyd vs Conor cups this fight will be so mainstream ffs.

I'm not surprised that the UFC wants a significant portion of Conor's spilt but 80% is clearly an exaggeration. It'll probably be between 40 - 60.

But it's weird hearing Arum critique Dana on this. Didn't Top Rank take like 60% of Manny's money from the Mayweather fight? I thought I read something about Manny paying them off for "advances". Arum has a history of outsized compensation from his fighters. He probably charges guys for the water bottles supplied in training camp lol

is kinda funny all these ufc fighters getting boxing L's, refusing to take fights, retiring they just all sick of the ufc ripping them off. arum has done his fair share as well but nothing at the level ufc does. the ufc is a joke
