Alot of talk about a possible Hw killer? really bc i dont see it. if so well where? does he really beat the top 10 guys with limited punching power and holes in defense? i dont think he does.......
Based on tonite how Does Usyk fare against the current HW Champions

hard to say. got to remember hes going to be bigger himself at heavyweight. i think they are all vulnerable at heavyweight, i wouldnt be shocked if usyk managed to outbox them all. maybe not fury but then again fury isnt an active heavyweight now. -

Hasnt impressed last couple of fights, but in his toughest test vs Glowacki he looked great. Maybe not expecting these guys to be a problem.
I think he would take some time to adjust to HW, but dont see why he couldnt be a top fighter there.
His speed and footwork would be much more of an advantageComment

I said it before, Usyk doesn't have the power to be comfortable at HW
I can't doubt his boxing ability, but you need more than that to succeed at HW. It's a division where power can get you a long way. Look at Wilder - barely any technical ability, but careful matchmaking and his power has got him to be a top 5 HW titleholderComment

Glowacki is short and wouldn't have any relevance to how he fares against a seasoned HW.Hasnt impressed last couple of fights, but in his toughest test vs Glowacki he looked great. Maybe not expecting these guys to be a problem.

I dont think Usyk is fast, being bigger also means he gets slower and then having to try and hurt bigger guys when he isnt a big puncher in his own class . Style wise he wont be as effective at HW .Comment

Didn't see last nights fight, but I honestly think he would do better at HW than most on here feel due to his complete contrast in style to most of the top HWs out there now.
His power may not translate over, but I think he can comfortably outbox most HW's, minus Anthony Joshua, that's a terrible fight for Usyk, IMO.
How many other great HW's are there at the moment minus AJ, Wlad and then Wilder? Aside from AJ, I think his toughest test is obviously Wilder and I think Usyk is slick enough to escape with a W, especially if Wilder gets desperate and starts to head hunt.
Aside from those three, I think most of the "top" HWs are pretty stationary, slow, plodding, etc. Yes, Usyk will be at a power disadvantage (and maybe I'm giving his chin too much credit), but he has enough to be able to outwork all of the lazy, out of shape heavyweights out there today.
I'm really not too up to date with any top HW prospects around right now, so I'm just referring to the main ranked guys.Comment

Lol Ive always felt like usyk is overrated.
He looks like a killer but doesnt fight like one.
He would get ***ed up at HW.Comment

It comes down to whether or not you think his skills/speed/movement is enough to negate his lack of power carrying over and his chin questions.I said it before, Usyk doesn't have the power to be comfortable at HW

For me, I think it definitely can considering the current landscape of the top HWs. There just isn't many guys out there at HW who have the speed and stamina on top of power to be able to truly capitalize on Usyk's lack of.
I will say this: For Usyk to move to HW and become an undefeated HW champion for years, etc.... He will truly have to put on masterclass performances every night, basically. So, we'll see.Comment
